Description of Work: Hot water stopped producing hot water. They had to two different tech look at the problem, one that was the owner to determine that incoming water was too cold.

Description of Work: I had a stopped up drain . a visible drain on my back patio.young man said he couldn't clean the drain, because it WS yo far for the snake to reach. He called the main office, the owner told the young man that my yard and the people's next doors yard would have to be dug up, we would have to get their permission to do all this work. The going man who was there at my house told me " you just need to call Mr. Rooter out here, they can do this without all this digging up the neighbors yard". I did that. Mr. Rooter came, stuck an expanding blow oiyt hose in my drain, and in about 16 minutes he was done. Charged me 35.00, as said Thank you sir, and was gone. If I had listened to Brickley Plumbing, two yards would have been dug up, and I would have been out $1300 dollars. Be careful who you call.
