Individual only do not have any other employees have been working as individual for fifteen years Clean : houses weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. newly built homes(final move in cleaning) apartments weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and (final move in cleaning) paid by job, money is due day of service is complete. I am a very dependable and trust worthy person and enjoy making my customers homes look and feel as clean as I do my own!currently I have 1 weekly customer,4 bi-weekly customers, 4monthly customers, 1 for 15 yrs, 1for 7yrs, 3 for 4yrs and 2 new customers this year. I can provide past & present references and will be happy to do so!

Usually first time cleaning is deep cleaning to get home in shape for basic weekly or bi-weekly cleaning . bath rooms are cleaned furniture is dusted, floors vacuumed, and moped kitchen: all appliances, counter tops, cabinets wiped down, kitchen floor vac & moped . if bed linens are requested to be changed it will have to be decided by me according to the individual.

Services we don't offer

Laundry, picking up clutter,toy's,ect. removing unnecessary items on surfaces that are to be dusted.
