Kelly's Termite & Pest Control

Doug Kelly came out and gave us an estimate. He was very professional. We hired him to treat our yard (3/4 of an acre) for insects/pests/bugs and to treat for moles. He came out at dusk to put down one application because it works better when applied at dusk. He put down another application during the day. He is very conscientious and takes pride in his work. He came out a couple times after that to check on the yard and mole issue. We are very happy with him and will use his services again. Would highly recommend.

This is my first summer in Mobile, and found several termite-looking bugs flying in the house.  Went straight to AL and nervously made an appointment with Kelly's for next morning, but overnight realized was already covered by a different termite bond.  They showed up first thing, and offered to have a look anyway, and determined the dreaded Formosan bugs most likely were entering through a gap in an ill-fitting door under a porch light rather than munching away from inside the house.  Also provided some tips on what to watch out for.  Set my mind more at ease (and especially the wife's!) until our guy can do his annual.  For above-and-beyond service I would definitely look to them for any new bonds or services.

I don't dislike anything. They're really reliable. If a problem comes up, they come right back with no additional charge. They call ahead of time to schedule. They work around your schedule. There's nothing to complain about. Their price is excellent.

Completely amazing. He actually gave me tips on how to treat my problem without spending a dime with him. He said he would be happy to come out today if need be. I will try his tips and call on Monday if I need him. He did not want me spending money unless I had to.

I think they're excellent. They proved to be real professionals for the services they provided. I would say that they gave us a very good price too.

They are very good. They come once a year. I have never had a problem with them. They are a local group. I would recommend them. I have confidence in what they tell me. They do a little extra work every time they come. They don't just come to pick up a check. They check everything out thoroughly. They always put a little bit more treatment out in places where they think they need it when they come by for an annual inspection. They are reasonable. Their prices are better than the leading competitor in the area. The leading competitor came in and made a proposal to me. They made some misrepresentation, so I would not use them. I would continue to use Kelly's Termite and Pest Control in the future.
