An appointment was scheduled for 230pm on 6/5/14. After calling and attempting to make contact 3 times up to 730pm ,I cancelled the appointment. Throughout contact with the operator no apologies were made and the technician made no attempt to communicate his delay. The operators have no way to communicate with the technicians except to leave a message and the technicians did not value to check those messages and give us an update. At 730pm, the appointment was cancelled after Hansen was called and said they could make it in 1 hr. I will write a review a for Hansen after service has been rendered. As an independent contractor my self, I personally prefer not to provide my business to companies and contractors that do not value their customers time and business.
Description of Work: No opportunity to evaluate quality of service only punctuality and courtesy. An appointment was made and several contacts were made. No information was ever communicated and the company was content to waste our time in the heat and without guarantee that they would show.
