Mark responded promptly, gave a solid quote that was based on his experience, and the job was done promptly as promised. He clearly knows his craft and what is necessary in our area for concrete stability. I would absolutely use this business again.

Mr. Patrick returned my call promptly and came the next morning to provide an estimate. After notifying him that I wanted to proceed, it was only 48 hours before I had a new walkway. He was prompt, professional and provided quality work. I would certainly use him again for any concrete work and highly recommend him.

I can not say enough positive things about Mark Patrick owner of Affordable Concrete! I called him early on Monday, by 12:30 he was at my house to give me a quote. It was a fair price and I hired him. He told me he would be at my house at 6:30am on Wednesday, two days later!! He showed up on time, went right to work and completed the patio promptly. I am very pleased with his work, it is exactly what I wanted. He was very kind, and polite. He cleaned up great after the job was complete. I would absolutely hire Mike again for any concrete jobs!!!!

Mr. Patrick drove out and gave me an estimate on his day off. He gave me a very good price and returned my calls promptly. Mr. Patrick and his crew were courteous and professional. Me. Patrick graciously worked around my Terminex appointment and showed up exactly when he said he would. I would definitely recommend his services.

I left message requesting an estimate and Mark called me back while he was on vacation! Dedication to customer service. Drove about an hour to give a free estimate. Listened to my needs and wants and came up with options for my consideration. He left his card and my wife and I discussed our plans and came up with a plan. We called and asked to make an adjustment which he quickly incorporated into the plan and gave us a new estimate on the spot. He explained his plan of action and arrived with his crew exactly as discussed. The pour was done in less than two days without issue. Simply the most stress free project all because of Mark's expertise and his hard working crew. Very happy with the results. (Will give an update of how it holds up ten years from now :-)

The entire driveway was leveled, framed, and poured in half a day. Obviously that depends on the size and location, but you can tell that his crew has done this a long time. Concrete looks great, has a gradual slope for runoff, and attaches perfectly along side my front driveway. My parents used them to install a concrete patio last year, so I didn't bother calling anyone else for estimates because I already knew their quality of work.

Mark was very quick to respond to my call, and he made time right away to visit the site and provide an estimate.  Once I contacted him to have the repairs completed, he made time in his schedule for the next day.  Overall, Mark was very understanding to the need and made a couple of recommendations to address the issue.  In the end, my mom is happier and her stairs are safer.

Great!  They were there when they promised and the work was completed on time.  It actually looked much better than I expected when it was all done.

Mark Patrick showed up to provide me with an estimate the same day I called. I did obtain 3 estimates. There were all within $100 of each other. Once I had selected Mark I called him to schedule the job. Within 2 business days he had completed the work. Mark and his assistant arrived to do the work when Mark said they would. The work was completed efficiently and professionally.
The sidewalk looks great! It now curves around the large tree in my front yard instead of hugging it so I hope that the roots cause less damage than before (one of the slabs in my sidewalk had been coming up due to the roots).

Mark and his crew poured a large concrete patio extending off the screened porch in the back of our house. I had a hard time actually finding someone to even give me a quote, let alone actually do the job. Mark was very quick to come out to our house and gave me a quote right on the spot. He explained to me that he was in the middle of a large job but would call me very soon. And that's just what he did. He called me just a couple of weeks later. They showed up early that morning and went straight to work. They were finished by the afternoon and did a wonderful job! We could not be happier with our patio and would definitely use Affordable Concrete again in the future.

It's a shame that a business an hour away would turn down a large job. I am amazed that people are so prosperous that they can afford to turn business down. Good riddance

Mark and his crew did a great job. Marks price was fair and his work is very good. I would highly recommend him.

Mark was very nice to work with. He was punctual, and very reasonable. He and his crew were here when he said they would be. They removed our old asphalt driveway, then framed and poured our new concrete driveway over two days because of the size. They also removed part of our walkway and poured a new section to tie it into the new driveway. They did a great job, and his price couldn't be beat! We plan to use him again in the future to pour a slab for a workshop. My driveway looks great and we are very happy with the quality of service and workmanship we received. I highly recommend Affordable Concrete! He is local, honest and dependable! We will use him again!!

My wife and I contacted a total of 18 local service providers for completing a concrete driveway and sidewalk at our home. After contacting all of these providers, Mark had the most affordable price. Mark kept in constant contact with my wife and I by e-mail and phone on the job. Mark also met us on the property for the quote and he helped us to design our driveway because we really did not have a good idea of what we wanted. He helped us.

Mark showed up for the job two days early. He began working with his crew in order to assure that there would not be any hiccups in the process of the job. He took it upon himself after consulting with us first to contact our General Contractor to clear up some issues for us that could have come up in the installation process. Mark did not just install the driveway as cheaply as possible. He used a high PSI concrete. He also reinforced the whole driveway with wire mesh. He did not lay the driveway on top of grass. Instead he cleared the land with his machines/vehicles and then brought in dirt. Not only did Mark bring in dirt for the job but when he thought the property needed extra dirt around the project, he brought in an extra truckload of dirt. Then he spread it for us at no charge just to make sure there was adequate dirt around the driveway. He did this without charging us for the dirt.

What my wife and I loved about mark was that he took pride in his work. Whatever it took to get the job done on time and to complete it the right was is what Mark was going to do. My wife offered Mark more money at the end of the project for the extra dirt to which he refused to take the money.

For all or any concrete work I would never hesitate to call Mark. If you want it done right and you want an honest man with work that is not going to cause you trouble down the line because it wasn't completed right, you should call Mark. Looking back at my whole experience Mark was also the most economical. If he wasn't I still would not have ever picked someone else to complete this job.

Very punctual. Kept me informed of the schedule. Weather delays, etc. Driveway looks and works great. Will use Mark again.

He called a night before to confirm that he will be here in the morning but due to the weather, he had to come back the next day to pour the cement.. He did a great job and professional. I might hire him again to come and do my driveway at the end of the year when we finish remodel our house.

The experience was excellent, they spread limestone rock all through the driveway, and it looks amazing. I highly recommend them for any driveway needs.
