Auto Accessories
Everything went well, from the time I first inquired about ordering the truck cap to installation completion. At no time did staff ever try to pressure me into buying additional accessories or services. It took less time for the customized truck cap to arrive at the facility (2 weeks compared to the estimated 3 weeks), and installation took less than an hour to complete. Months later I thought there was a problem with my trailer electrical connection post-installation (was told it didn't work by a U-Haul representative), but the staff verified that it worked at no charge, and without asking to see my receipt. I would go back if I wanted to buy other truck accessories.
