Nicole was caught in interstate traffic by a terrible tractor trailer wreck, but Honor Maid owner (Lisa Kendrick) called and explained the situation and assured us she was monitoring it and was giving detour directions to Nicole to get her here as quickly as possible when she was finally able to exit the interstate. Ms Kendrick kept us advised of Nicole's progress until she arrived. Nicole asked me to do a survey of the house with her, then quickly went to work and did the most thorough cleaning we've ever experienced...she got down on her hands and knees to clean the floor under the long clothes and clothes bags handing in a very large walk-in closet and cleaned the BACK of furniture as well as the front...she hand-cleaned the grout in the shower! Last week, my former cleaning company missed one side of the countertops in the kitchen and overlooked the powder room entirely...so you can imagine my delight. Every room and every surface on the lower level of our home was thoroughly cleaned...I can't imagine a better job.

We generally get the same person each time, so they get to know our house. If by chance they have had a longer-than-normal job right before mine, they send along an extra girl to help get mine done more quickly. They vacuum, dust, change sheets, do dishes, clean all appliance surfaces, scrub floors, and thoroughly clean bathrooms at a very reasonable price. Very happy with them.

I have used Honor Maid for probably five years now ... they always do a good job, cleaning my house. They are professional, polite, thorough, and very reasonably priced.
