+ -1 moreI was going to pay him $100 just to come out and give me an estimate as well as save the shrubs, which was an emergency because they were out of the ground. He promised to be here at 7 in the morning, he was a no call and no show. I called him about 7:45 he said he would come later in the day. It is now later and the day and he still has not called me. I will not use the service provider he even if shows up. We are probably going to use the shrubs now because of this.
Description of Work: He was supposed to come out and give us and estimate and help with some scrubs that had been bug up.
