Hoyt Lane and Son Plumbing

They were very professional and explained each step of what they were doing  to me. They couldn't give much foresight, since what we found could hardly have been guessed at. The four inch line had not been glued together when it was put in and the city had taken this house off the main and put us on another line they had run beside it. Really confusing!! but in the end it was all done up right and it works beautifully!
The only thing I would add is that customers need to be aware that, while their problem is very important to themselves, it is very likely not the only problem that the company is facing at that time. And things do have to be prioritized by someone!
All in all I thought they did a great job and I was very satisfied with their work and demeanor.
So here are some Do's:
 Do call them, Do explain your particular problem, Do express how your problem is effecting your life, Do be patient, Do be able to be there to give some direction or have someone that can, Do realize that you're not the only one with problems
and some don'ts:
Don't think that they can fix the problem in one hour.. (there is rarely a cure-all that fixes everything, every time), Don't be rude or offensive, Don't expect them to be able to read your mind..(a poor description of your problem is better than a false one or none at all)
