They tore our roof off with State Farm’s appraisal with what needed to be done. They never looked at it themselves.  After the roof was torn off they said that our home was not to code. They stated that we would need extra money. We declined to pay them the extra money because they had already given a price for the job.  We tried negotiated, but he refused. It rained two times and they have to fix the drywall and insulation twice. We in the end had to pay the price they wanted. It was never completed correctly and to this day the roof is discolored.  We decided to try a new insurance agent, but that did not work. We thought it was a big miscommunication and they would get this all fixed, but they didn’t. We decided when we moved that we would get a new insurance company. I do not recommend going to North Alabama Roofing.
