It has been close to 100 degrees all week. Last night ( Sat) I was out and my son called and said the AC was acting "funny". By the time my sister and I got here, the temp in the house was in the high 80's. It was too late to call anyone but a friend had told me that they had used Wiley earlier in the week and they were great.
I called at 9 AM and it is Sunday morning. They were at my house by 10:30AM. Immediately went to the unit, and found a part ( copasitator?) and replaced it within 15 minutes. The AC kicked in and was working.
He was professional and looked at the unit inside and out. Polite and friendly. I thought the cost was a litttle high but it is 100 degrees out and it is a SUNDAY.
It was well worth it.
IT is sooo hard to get contractors to show when they say they will.
