This is second service call in two years. Both times I was offered an appointment for that same day with a one hour window; in both cases the service technician arrived within the window. Both tecnicians were in uniforms and introduced themselves; they briefly explained what they would be doing and when faults were determined advised me of their corrective actions. When complete they described what they had done, ensured all panels were in place, the units were functioning properly and departed.
This is the best service I have ever received in decades of home ownership at locations all over the US.
Consistantly exceptional service.
