Sunroom and Patio Service
DID NOT GO WELL. NIELSEN CONTR. INSTALLED ENCLOSURE. THE CITY CAME OUT AND INSPECTED AND SAID IT DID NOT MEET CITY CODE REQUIREMENTS, EVEN THOUGH NIELSEN HAD SUBMITTED REQUIRED ENGINEERING DESIGNS. NIELSEN CAME BACK AND INSTALLED 4 ADDITIONAL UPRIGHTS TO MEET CODE BUT DID NOT INSTALL ADDITIONAL SPLINE FOR SCREEN. NEITHER DID HE INSTALL ALL OF THE SPLINE FOR THE SCREEN DOORS WHICH I HAD ASKED FOR. NIELSEN SAID HE DIDN'T HAVE SPLINE WITH HIM BUT THAT HE WOULD COME BACK. I CALLED HIM ABOUT 6 TIMES AND LEFT MESSAGES BUT HE DID NOT CALL ME BACK. I SENT HIM A CERTIFIED LETTER ASKING HIM TO COME AND FINISH BUT HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM HIM.
