I have used Chris Potts twice and both times felt he solved/fixed the problem. I found him to be fair, honest, and reasonable. Will use him again next time.

Unit was not working, he said I may need a whole new unit..upon further examination he said the fan would not come on and provide cooling. He would come back the next day to look once the unit had cooled down. Looked like I needed a new fan motor. He would order it and be back the next day. He started to take the wiring off, and found a loose connection.(condenser I think) , he got a new one put it back together and tried the unit again. It worked!
He was considerate of my situation and tried to keep costs down as much as possible. Didn't try to get me to buy something I didn't need. Have used him in the past and will in the future. he is honest and hard working. Need more like him!!!!!!!
