Delivery Service
They called me the day before to let me know they had it and to schedule the delivery for the next day between the hours of 10 AM and 2 PM. I work days so I requested that they call me 30 minutes before the drop to reduce the time I needed to take off from work. They called me when they left the Birmingham area and were actually earlier than their estimated time - which I've never had happen before. Not only did they get to my house exactly when they said, they also unpacked the freezer and hauled all of the packing away. They were extremely courteous and professional. I was only home for 30 minutes or less. Needless to say this was a very good experience.
