I have very mixed emotions about Bumble Bee.  First let me say I found the shop to be very clean and the employees and management very friendly.  I went to Bumble Bee in response to a special they were advertising.  The date and time I gave are really very broad guesses.  The important thing is that I asked to have my oil changed and my tires rotated.  When I left the shop I noticed that my car was handling very poorly. I called the shop to ask if they had any idea why this could be happening.  The tech told me that it was because the tires now needed to be balanced and they didn't do that.  Granted, maybe I should have known this, but the fact is I didn't and no one at the shop mentioned it to me.  As a women who often has to deal with repair shops and service people, it is important that I feel I can trust a place to have my best interest at heart.  I really think if I was requesting a service that would require me to have the service finished elsewhere they should have made certain I was aware of that fact.
