We got a good price and very quick installation. In the past, I have used him on 4 occasions and my father has used him on 3. He has never been longer than 1 day in coming on a service call of our older unit and has called when he was running late. If there was a problem that required another professional, he put me in contact with someone that also responded quickly and professionally at a reasonable price.

Pete Crowe first tried to repair u it he did not install that was just over three years old. He was able to get manufacture to declare unit a lemon past warranted date. He only charged minimum labor to replace entire unit, saving me a great deal of money. Pete Crowe and company went out of their way and above and beyond to provide top notch service.

Crowe Heat and Air has fixed our heat and air issues on numerous occasions, both at our home and at our business.
The staff goes above and beyond what would be considered normal working hours/days.
We have had issues with air conditioners, ice makers, walk in coolers, walk in freezers, both commercial and home, and of course the equipment always stops working either on weekends or when temperature is at the worst.
Crowe Heat and Air always comes asap and fixes our equipment.

They are excellent. They are really good. I thoroughly trust them. They have done work for me in the past a few times. They come right out and I trust them thoroughly to come in my house when I am not there. I can't remember how much they charged me. What stood out about their service was that they were prompt and friendly. I leave the back door open for them. I trust them thoroughly. They have been out before. That's why I call them back. I don't know about the price. The first time they came out, they did work. I don't know what it would have cost if someone else did the work. I just called them back because I liked them. I don't know if they are over someone or under. As long as I can trust them and I don't have to call back 3 times after they have been here, I would rather call them. I just call and they come out and fix it. The quality of their work is excellent. My air is on right now. Their responsiveness is excellent. They will come over on a Saturday or a Sunday. They are good. I have no problems with their punctuality. They are good. Their professionalism is excellent.
