David Clokey was sellers agent. He lost offers that we submitted, showed up for closing late and did not bring the keys. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL !

I listed my house with Clokey Realty. I'm upside down on the mortgage, but I was willing to take a loss for a quick sale. The realtor persuaded me that a lower price would not attract any more prospects than the price at which it was appraised because of the comparisons with similar houses in the area. I have no way to know if she was right or not because we didn't get any prospects at the listed price. I would not recommend them because I don't think they made any significant efforts to market the house. During my own times of trying to sell it by owner, I've at least gotten some interest. Unfortunately, many in the area are unable to finance.
