EXCELLENT SERVICE. FAIR PRICE. Howard Mims is knowledgeable about all aspects of home wiring. He observed and corrected multiple electrical hazards with the existing wiring and installed new wiring to be safe from hazards. He worked quickly and efficiently. He was very patient with plumbers and cleaners working same location. He was able to accomplish all work requested and even came in under his original quoted estimate. I will be asking for Howard Mims next time I contact Butler Electrical Contractors in Rainbow City, AL for future electrical needs.

He did great work and he was able to come out right away!

My initial contact was John Head. He did a review of what I needed done, and we discovered a major fire hazard. There were many wires going into single breakers. Although this was not part of my original job request, Mr. Head's discovery of the danger allowed us to put a new breaker box in with more breakers, which I believe saved me money in the long run in possible fire damage costs! I was really happy with the service performed

They were very adaptable to my schedule which involved the coordination of cabinetmaker, plumber and countertop specialists.

The technician was knowledgeable and professional. The workmanship appears to be high quality. The first day, he showed up 3 or 4 hours later than what they told us, but since they were working us in for a same day appointment, I didn't think that was too bad. He disconnected capped the affected circuit and came back to rewire it the next day. He told us he would come back at 1pm and be done by 6. He didn't show up until around 3, but he brought a second guy with him and they were still finished before 6.

I still haven't gotten a bill from them.

I found this contractor on angie's list and called at about 1:00PM on 9/1/2011. An electrician was at my dooe the next morning. He was friendly, courteous, and did the necessary disconnecting of appliances and lighting in my kitchen so that I could continue demo. He explained that as soon as I have my cabinet plans, he will return and rough in my electrical and then return after the cabinet installation to finish the work. I was pleasantly surprised when he told me an invoice would probably not be sent until after the final work is completed to my satisfaction and he didn't collect any payment. I didn't believe this kind of personal relationship even existed in the business world today! I am so very pleased so far and will post reports after the next two jobs.

When we had a ceiling fan go out, our home insurance company sent Butler. They were prompt and serviced the problem very quickly. The work was excellent. The service tech that came out was very polite and respectful. Could not have been more pleased with his work. The only reason that I did not give all A's was because I had to call the office more than once before getting a reply. This was a very small inconvenience all things considered
