Brewster Home Inspections

I have used Brewster Inspections for several home purchases. He has always been very punctual and professional and thorough. He has been very helpful in making a decision as to purchasing the home he is inspecting or not. He is quite knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Mr. Brewster showed up a few minutes early for our appointment. He was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. He was extremely thorough with his inspection. It took roughly 2 1/2 hours for him to complete the inspection. I had a written report with pictures on every aspect of the home that needed to be addressed within 48 hours. I was very pleased with the service.

Emailed company one evening and he had responded to my email by the next morning before I awoke. Received an appointment within a couple of days. Mr. Brewster was very professional. He arrived before the appointment time. He was very thorough. The home is around 2500 sq. ft. and he spent approx. 3- 4 hours to do the inspection. Received an email the next day with the full report attached, and a hard copy in the mail within one week. Everything that was on the report that needed attention was exactly as he had in the report. Because of his report I have purchased the home and the seller has made the necessary repairs. I would highly recommend this company.

The appointment was for 10 am, but because the GPS systems were not updated properly everyone (realtor, myself, and inspector) had difficulty finding the location. I ended up having to leave before the inspector arrived because I was suffering with appendicitis. The inspector still did a very thorough job because he ended up pointing out the same and more possible issues than my personal home contractor.They were also very kind about receiving payment because the deal was for me to pay the inspector directly, but I had to leave early. Even though they were not receiving their payment immediately, they still performed the inspection and sent me a copy of the inspection via email before I even had a chance to send out their payment. Then, I received a formal paper copy of the report within a few days. They were very kind, patient, and respectful of my situation. I will DEFINETLY use them again in the future,
