Initial consultation of remodel design was detailed and the end result, including design and price, was exactly as discussed  I was a little apprehensive about the tile color but am very pleased with how it came together.  The project itself took a few days longer than anticipated but there was no significant delay.  I would use Thrailkill again.

John Thrailkill and his team did a great job!  He was thorough in the estimate process and very professional.  He was also very hands on in inspecting the work to ensure it was up to his and our standards.  His team was polite and professional and helped consult with us on colors and products that were used.

They finished on budget as well as a day ahead of the schedule.  We plan to use Thrailkill Inc. for future home improvement projects like updating our driveway and decorative work on our support columns.

John Thrailkill is the general contractor. He does not come out. He will send someone from his group of sub contractors that he uses. I have not spent anything yet. We are waiting to see if it corrected the issue and as soon as we do that then we would pay for it. They absolutely clean up after themselves. I would definitely use his services in the future. I am planning to get him out to do some more work.
