SWIMMING HOLE

Pool Liner install Nightmare Paid to have a new liner installed. Let the nightmare begin. 6 weeks after paying half up front. Nick attempted to install the new liner. After removing the old liner and attempting to patch a couple of cracks where ground water was leaking in, he walked off the job being he didn’t measure correctly the size of the pool. Hence liner didn’t fit. After about 45 minutes of trying to install the liner, he said it didn’t fit. He left the new liner hanging and walked away. The ground water leak wasn’t fixed. Never in my life have I seen a contractor just up and quit in the middle of a job. Now we are stuck with winter coming and a pool that is screwed up. Ground water filling up under the unfitted liner. Nick did however kick and cursed the liner, this had to effect on making the liner fit the pool. He did give a full refund.

It went really well. We didn't have any issues. They were very prompt. They had it installed quickly. It started to come apart but they came right away to fix it. We haven't had any issues since. They left the area perfectly clean.

The young lady that answered the phone was very helpful and professional. Answered most of my questions adequately. Took a very detailed message and asked appropriate questions. The service department didn't call when I was told they would. (Next day) Received a call 2 days later stating they and quot;found my message on their desk and wasn't sure what they were asked to doand quot; despite the very detailed message that was left. However, they did follow up 2 times via phone in the following days. The original message left was that I was going to be out of town in 2 days for 5 days, so wasn't able to speak with them until the following week. They were very polite and was able to install the pump the next day after finally speaking with them. They showed up and called before they arrived as asked. The serviceman spoke with me on the phone and explained what he did before he left and even through in some of my chlorine in the pool for me before he left. (I was still out of town but had a someone home to let him in)

Now that I'm back home and able to see what was done, I'm very satisfied with the work. Very professionally installed and he didn't leave a mess. (despite the jungle of weeds around the pump) The estimated price for the install was very close to actual and very reasonable.

I would definitely use them again for a purchase of my booster pump and install when it's ready to be replaced and maybe for pool maintenance when we're out of town again. I would recommend them to anyone looking for reliability and professional work.

Everything was great, perfect, quick and on time. It was very good. The person who came out was very personable and considerate. He gave me plenty of options regarding new technology which he discussed in great detail throughout the whole process. They provided great response and were able to get the part in and get it replaced in less than two days so the pool pump would work.

From the first call to them to when I went into the swimming hole it was amazing...they were so helpful and gave me tips of ways to clean my own pool and save money in the process...

They do a really good job. They have employees that can actually do the maintenance themselves instead of contracting the work out. They become more accountable that way. There have been no problems and they guarantee their work for a length of time. I always use them, there was another choice in the city but I always use them.
