Wood floor installation: 1. Damaged Walls ? All walls needed spackling and repainting from wood installation process. 2. Glue & Stain ? All walls and garage had glue and stain which required repainting of walls or scraping. 3. Extremely Poorly Stained Floors- All Floors were stripped and re-stained. unqualified personal stained floors (mother and brother) 4. All rooms with tile were left scratched. 5. All cabinets installed were scratched or watermarks were left on lids. 6. Floor Spacers Not Removed inability from floor to expand Buckling. ? Downstairs floors replaced, removal of baseboards and quarter round and replacement, Upstairs quarter round and baseboards removed and replaced. 7. Left job site over a 2 week period without notifying homeowner. 8. Threatened legal action without trying to resolve issues and before submitting a bill after being fired. 9. Inability to finish projects in a timely manner. It was a 2 1/5 month process 10. Property not livable for 6 months after contract left site. 11. Total Cost to fix damages: 1. Points 1 & 2 - $25,000 2. Points 3 & 4 - $15,000 Installation of Appliance: 1. Chipped granite counter tops 2. Scratched tile floor Installation of plumbing: 1. Never checked plumbing - I ended up finishing what I asked them to do.
