The work done by River Region Heating and Cooling was super. They are pretty good. Their price is reasonable. They came out and I said I have got problems with this thing and they can figure out what it was. They provided a good service.

We needed an annual cleaning (etc.) for our AC unit and called River Region Heating and Air Conditioning on May 27, 2013. One of the owners, Matt, came to our house at 8:15AM on the 28th. He'd said and quot;between 8 and 8:30and quot; and he did so! It has been many years since we've had anybody work on the AC, mostly because we forget about it. When it works, all is fine. At this time, we wanted the whine we heard when the unit was running diagnosed. So, Matt spent a few minutes checking out our unit and came to the door to tell us what he'd found and how much fixing it would cost. It was such a reasonable amount of money that we asked him to do it the same day. One thing he explained was that there was so much dirt, leaves, etc., in and around the unit that the motor was working very hard to do its job. He cleaned out the unit and added a touch of freon and it is now humming along very quietly, stays on less time, etc., and we're delighted. Matt is a very professional and pleasant person and I'd recommend him to everyone!

Perfect, they finished the removal of the old unit and installation of the new unit earlier than they had expected. Everyone took off their shoes before coming in the house. Price was exactly as quoted, no extra charges, even though extra parts were needed to finish the job. This is the most professional, courteous, punctual and honest Heating and Cooling Company I have ever used.
