I was having a hard time finding someone local to Prattville, AL to do an oil change and rotation for the same price I would pay at my usual garage in Montgomery. I called around and the man at Pro Tire said he would give me the same rate to keep me local. At first I was so impressed because they got me in and had my car ready in less than 2 hours. NOW I know it was because they did NOT rotate my tires. We had someone look at my husbands car and they said there was NO way the tires were rotated. They basically stole from us. We only paid $30 but we didn't get the services we were promised. They are liars! When I went and picked the car up my husband had a funny feeling because of the short time and asked me to make sure they did everything. I asked... "they did rotate the tires right?" He said YES I saw it with my own eyes. HE LIED!
