He came highly recommended by a company I truly trust. However, this experience was terrible. I am left with massive expenses to redo the work. I am worse off now than I was prior to his work. Since then, I was able to speak with him once; however, he failed to return to my home as promised. At this point, he is completely unresponsive to myself or the company that referred me to him. I found out that there is an alert on the BBB already and now I am going to the Board of Licensing and may have to file a civil suit. I just want to ensure nobody else finds themselves in this position with the company. This is truly a homeowners nightmare.
Description of Work: I hired him to put on a new roof. I paid him $18,000. I have a lot of flat roof, which he did not put on properly. He left gaps where water is rushing through ruining the soffit. Water is leaking around the chimneys, as well. I tried immediately to get him back. At this point, there is water under the flat roof causing serious damage.
