They first reviewed my account and determined that instead of paying for a service call, I was eligible for a free equipment upgrade. This avoided any cost to me and at the end of the day I now had the Hopper with HD signals to all of my TVs as well as DVR playback to all of them as well. The service technician, John, arrived in a few hours, completely swapped out all of our equipment and had us back in service, with better quality than we had before. All of this was at no charge. I asked for him to reroute one of the outlets for our internet, and that was the only cost, but as a result I now have a ?hard wired? internet connection to my BlueRay and my Dish receiver. This is the 2nd time in 6 years I have used Keith Electronics and have been totally satisfied both times! Same day service, they always first check to see if there is warranty or other promotions in effect to minimize or completely eliminate any "out of pocket" costs. Keith is another reason why I like dealing with local merchants!!
Description of Work: After a power surge at our house, all of our Dish receiver boxes were unable to acquire a signal. After a fruitless attempt to troubleshoot with Dish.com, I called Keith the next morning to request a service call. Same day service and returned me back to normal.
