The situation was made worse by a tennant that ignored the problems for weeks and did not report the problems until I enterered the house for an inspection of the property..Cindy was prompt, courteous, and quite patient in explaining the problems and work needed. Her pricing was fair and I trust her enough to call her again for any plumbing work that is needed..

I contacted Cynthia and she came out to see what needed to be done the first time, at zero cost. She was very thorough, ask good questions and took time to explain what needed to be done and how she planned to do it. My washing machine was not draining 100% and water was coming into the laundry room. Cynthia correctly diagnosed that there was a blockage in the pipes and they had to be unclogged. When she returned the next day, she has the necessary equipment and materials, went straight to work and finished the job in less than 2 hours. After she she used an auger to unclog pipes, she put the washing machine on the cycle which used the most water and waited to ensure the leak was fix. BINGO! The problem was resolved! Cynthia cleaned up, we had a nice chat, I paid her (gave a well deserved tip) and my washing clothes life returned to normal.Cynthia Norsworthy 's professionalism, honesty, determination and hard work puts her at the top of my list for all future plumbing needs! Cynthia ROCKS!!!
