my medicine cabinet was robbed and pain meds needed for a laceration to my thumb that severed my finger was stolen. No one else in the house but owner and meds were there before visit and gone after visit.

I've been using them for 7yrs, they are very dependable

Service was timely and professional. Technician was on-time and knowledgeable. We have a large home and the pricing seems reasonable for the size of our home and yard. We have pets and children and the technician was more than willing to spend a few minutes talking with me about the safety of the chemicals being applied. He assured me that if I encounter problems, they will return and retreat the areas of concern with no additional charge. I did agree to quarterly treatments, which seems reasonable and most reliable pest control companies have discounted rates for continuing contracts given that pest control is an on-going need (particularly in the summer in Alabama!)

They are very well known and do a great job. They have a very fair price and are very thorough. They are very punctual.

My mother has used them for 40 years. They are just a local-owned company and you know them. They are reasonably priced. They are punctual. They come in and get the job done and they leave. They have a guarantee; and if you see a live bug in your house, they will come back and spray for free, and I have used that service.

We haven't had any pest issues.

I never have problems. The guys that come out have always been nice. They will call to schedule your next appointment around the time that your due for the next application. I would recommend them to others. Once a year we have a termite bond that we use and we pay $200 to keep the bond on the house.

I received a call the week before the service, to set up my quarterly pest control appointment. It was set up for the day I chose, and I was given a timeframe of 1-3PM for when they would come. That morning, my kids and I were about to leave to go swim at 11AM, at which point the pest control serviceman knocked on the door. I told him we were on our way out, but had a few minutes. He let me know he would finish up quickly, which he did. He was very polite, and I suspect he was unaware that he was 2 hours early. So far we have not had any bug problems.

These folks are great! Back in October, I moved back into a house I'd been renting out for about seven years and found the place infested! We called them and explained everything. They told us our options and we opted to sign a contract with them for a year - paying quarterly (somewhere around 50-55) and it's well worth it. During the first three months they came out several times and explained what we needed, told us what to expect. They come out once every three months after that and if you need service in-between they come right away! They have restored my home! Now if I see a bug (rare) I know it waltzed in the door! Here it is June, bug season, and there's nothing creeping around. I definately recommend them.

They were good enough that I am willing to take the time to write a review about them. First of all they gave me appointment times in 1 hour windows. Other pest control places were telling me between 11AM and 4 PM. Arrow Pest Control's appointment was between 3 and 4PM. The person they sent out was here at 2:45PM. He got right to work and was finished, packed up, and gone before 4PM. He was very thorough and courteous. When I asked him a question he spoke knowledgably and was concise. For the work that was done, the fee was very reasonable. I honestly expected it to cost more. Arrow has impressed me, and I will defiantly call them again.
