I called and asked if he could come out between 4:00 and 5:00, because I was busy earlier and later. He was here at 4:00, went right to work, and was ready to leave 45 minutes later. The job looked great, ijn spite of all the soapy places where I had tried to clean the carpet myself. Mr. Sutly is first class.
