I have not had the great of customer service in years! From the first phone call to the complete installation I could not be happier! They arrived at the time they committed to be at my home and in less than two hours had my compete system removed and replaced! Chris is a kind hearted person to work with, was very helpful and very down to earth honest person!

The owner/manager stated he could not do much work because of back problems and being overweight.  The owner stated he would send in paperwork for a rebate from Alagasco.  Rebate was never received.

He is my husband?s recommendation. He used to work in my husbands office building. My husband told him to come at home. I will recommend him. I have recommended him to friends before. He is honest. He knows to pin the bull. They come when they say they would come. I trust them enough that I can leave my home unlocked. He would lock the house up off me and turn on the alarm for me; but that?s for me because I have known him from a long time. He is very trustworthy respectful. He is very neat and clean. He is very professional. I just wanted to get something put in and I told him to do that. It took him a week because I told him that there was no hurry for that. So he waited until he came to this side of the town. That was not a problem for me because I was not in hurry to get it installed. I just wanted my hands out of it. When they did the work, it was fine.
