+ -1 moreAt the time I hired him I asked specifically about whether he could paint the windows without leaving paint all over them. Needless to say they left the property (which is empty) a mess and paint all over the windows. One closet was left unpainted altogether. I have since had to hire someone to repaint a portion of the house and try to fix the wall they gouged badly when they removed the wallpaper. They apparently used the bathrooms and left them in a despicable condition. I can't caution you enough.
Description of Work: Mr. Stephens was hired to remove wallpaper and then to paint a portion of an empty house.
