Communication was easy by cell phone, and they responded to voicemails quickly. The movers set up a date that worked for me, called about an hour before they were to arrive, and were on-time. They were creative in getting the piano out of the house, and protected it well. They delivered it to the new address without a hitch, set it up, and moved it around until we were satisfied. In addition, they charged me at the low end of the rate they had quoted as an estimate. Mr. Marsh also gave me good tips on the future care of the piano. An overall good experience.
