I don't think he is licensed and bonded the way he should be, but he does better work than anyone else. I would refer him to others but tell you to check your home owner's insurance. He was very reasonable. He's honest, straight forward and he's absolutely a master at his work. Talk about a tree surgeon, the work he did for me previously was done like no one else I've ever seen. He's been doing it for a long time and he knows exactly what he's doing. He's confident and he knows what he's doing. If you've got a risky situation he can take a tree down without causing any damage.
