The job seemed done well enough at first but aged poorly (and quickly). The company was prompt or reasonable in communication, providing estimates, arrival and completion time. The window reglazing required removal of storm windows. The house has 17 45 (h) x 33 (w) windows, each with 6 small panels and one large one. A gummy/slimy film was left around the reglazed panes, extending about 1/2 to 3/4 inch around the perimeter. These were heavily finger printed. It seemed that a poor and messy job was done on the glazing. Five or six windows were tidily glazed. Because of this, I had to remove storms and clean the windows myself, a time consuming and difficult job requiring solvent and in some cases a razor blade. Dulux paints were used. I read on internet postings that this is a good brand. However, within 2 years, the paint molded significantly, particularly where the house was painted white. The prior paint on the house, there when I bought it, required power washing occasionally and did not mold to the degree or rate of this paint job. I cannot speak to price, as this was the only company I consulted. In the future, I will look to see what the going rate is for a quality job. Perhaps I got what I paid for.
