About Us Steve Stewart President of Certified Home Inspections, is a native of Phenix city, Alabama where he has resided for most of his life. Steve is a state of Alabama Licensed Home Inspector and has earned ASHI, NAHI, and InterNACHI Certified Home Inspector designation. He has received certification for passing the National Home Inspector and the American Society of Home Inspectors Standards of Practice Examinations. C.H.I. is licensed and insured. During the inspection we answer your questions as well as explain how the systems of the home operate. We disclose the condition of the home in simple terms that you can understand.
