In a word Professional! Rusty is the most knowledge and timely professional I have ever hired, He did not try to over sale. He even added recommendations to help maximize the efficiency of the project and save money. The new system works better than it has in 20 years. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Awesome job. Called them around 330 and he went right out to my house and fixed the problem by 430. Gave me a  rough estimate over the phone based on what I told him the problem was, and corrected/fixed it fast. I know it won't always happen that way, but its nice to know they care about thier customers and will make sure to do the job correctly and quickly. Will use them again next time I have any HVAC issues.

They did the job correctly the first time.

The fan on the outside unit stopped working. I called Sanders Heating & Air at 9:00 and it was fixed by 11:30. They replace the run capacitor and checked the freon.

I would recommend them.  I’m ready to call them again because I need some more Freon in my air conditioner.  They are not cheap but they are not extremely expensive either.  If they say they’re going to be there at 2:00, they are there at 2:00 and they do good work.  They are decent people.

I applaud Rusty and his team for all of their hard work.  They ran into some challenges (due to space constraints) when replacing the duct work.  The installation took longer than one day; however, Rusty and his team work long hours the initial day to ensure that my family had cool air before leaving for the day.  Rusty provided a temporary solution that kept us cool until he could install the custom cut duct that he had made. (at no additional charge).

Everyone was very professional and courteous!  Rusty was very easy going and pleasant to have on the job!  I would recommend Sanders to anyone who was looking for great service and an awesome heat pump!  I did not mind paying.....my power bill has already decreased $100 for the past two months!!
