Pro Pools

The job went EXCELLENTLY!!!!! Not only is Bug a consummate professional in installing pools, he is also excellent at designing them. Though I knew I wanted an inground pool, I didn't have any idea of the size and shape that my yard would accommodate the best while leaving other areas for flower beds and grassy sections for my dog. Bug did a phenomenal job at drawing out various options, making recommendations, and ensuring I got a job that FAR EXCEEDED my expectations.

He and his crew came as scheduled, worked diligently despite the Georgia heat, and gave me the pool of my dreams in a very short turn-around time.

Bug has also come back to ensure that I understand everything I need to do to maintain my pool, which is very simple and requires about 10 minutes a week, and that I am satisfied.

I have gotten many compliments on the pool and yard from family, friends, neighbors, and others who heard about the new pool in the neighborhood.

If you ever decide to install a pool, Bug is your guy. You will not be disappointed.

It was good. As far as the people that put the pool in, extremely good people. We just have a problem with the pool itself. The bottom layer of quickrete developed cracks in it and therefore now our pool has dents all in the liner that fills like little holes. Second the screws that were put in rusted really bad and the liner has faded greatly. When you spend this much money on something, you expect better quality, but again the company itself is very good. This could have been one of the cases where the stuff is not at the best.

Crew was awsome, did wonderful work. Showed up when they were supposed to and worked solid hours. Owner kinda tries to talk you into things you dont want and out of things you do, but I guess thats his job. Great company!

I will use them again in the future.

They are phoenomenal. We had an issue once with the pool and they did the work and didn't charged us for it when they could have. Their service is over the top and we have used them to maintain our pool for 3 years now. We would highly recommend them.
