Motorcycle Service
We bought a motorcycle in Nov 2009. William Roller, the mechanic, was showing my husband something under the seat. He broke the seat latch so that it doesn't latch on the bike anymore. When my husband was riding the bike home, the kickstand fell down, the spring fell out? When we got the bike home, we turned it off for all of 30 minutes and it wouldn't start. William gave us a new battery. It didn't change anything, the bike still didn't start. Took the bike back, he attempted to fix the seat and get the bike to start. Took the bike back again because it was still under warranty. We dropped it off the end of March. Couldn't get in touch with them, they never called back, and when we finally got in touch with them, it was June. He told my husband it would cost 75 bucks to pick it up. We had to drive up there on our anniversary because they wanted to start charging a storage fee. It was a Saturday and we live two hours away. There was no one at the shop. They called the next week asking why we hadn't come to pick it up. Jennifer then informed us that it would cost 180 to pick up because William had worked on it for two hours and replaced the cylanoid. We didn't know any of this, he told us it was a loose wire. We went to get the bike, ended up having to pay in cash because their machine was STILL broken. William still hadn't fixed the seat, the bike won't change gears, it still doesn't start, he forgot to put screws back into the fairings, and on top of all that, he changed the clutch handle so now we have one black handle and one silver one. He said it was because the wiring wasn't long enough to get to the clutch so he had to replace the handle. I think he may have dropped the bike because the kickstand is bent and you don't have to change the handle to change a wire. He also left wires hanging down by the front tire. Then I got a letter today saying that my lein holder STILL hasn't received the title for the bike. This is the fourth time we've had to ask them to send the title paperwork. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. DO NOT LET THEM REPAIR ANYTHING
