When I called the company, I had a very pleasant experience and had an appointment for the next day to see what my problems were. The owner came right on time and surveyed my problems which were leaks, the flat roof over my patio had standing water which made the wood rot. I also had a large limb fall on my shed roof and put a huge whole in my tin roof. We decided it best that a new roof would be best and that the wood on the deck be fixed with sheets of roofing added. He said they do not use tin or metal roofs, which was fine with me since this roof was not attached well. He said they could build a roof and then add the same sheets of roofing as they added over the patio. They came 1/25 & 26/2012 and worked professionally and cleaned up after themselves. I am very satisfied.
