I will let you know we keep all of our emails for 3 years and I do not see anything that resembles an email with your name. We also keep all of our message pads for 3 years in which I am not able to locate your name or address on any of the message pads for the time frame in which you say you called. I pulled the address up on whitepages.com to see if there were any other people in the household to see if perhaps the message was taken under another name. Again I have nothing that resembles the name or address given in my message pads or emails.
