Nice young man knows what heâ s doing. Took microwave out but itâ s 20 plus years old. Repair parts would cost more than a new microwave. Put it all back so that I have the clock and light and fan for just the service call fee. Iâ m in process of replacing it.

THE TECHNICIAN, AJ DUNBAR WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL AND HAS VERY PERSONABLE. EVEN THOUGH I CALLED FOR A ICE MAKER IT TURN OUT THAT WHAT I REALLY NEEDED WAS A NEW FAN MOTOR FOR THE FREEZER . THE COST; WHAT I FELT WAS INLINE WITH THE REPAIR I HAD DONE. A.J. Dunbar is an expeditious technician--knowledgeable, wastes no time, friendly, cheerful, and a joy to have in our home. After two frustrating weeks of trying to find a tech to repair our older built-in microwave, we found Appliance Solution yesterday. A.J. came in and accomplished the repair with no mess at all, and was out the door in less than one hour. He is now our "go-to" guy for appliance repair--highly recommended. He's a very bright guy!

After notifying AJ the day before that I had received a corrective action for the dishwasher the day before and cancelling the original call, I found out I was still having issues with the unit. I texted him to see if he was available today and he called back. After a quick discussion about the issue, he said he was close and came by between his other calls. He was very courteous and respectful while he got to work inspecting the dishwasher, answering questions about the issue and about the work I had already done to try and resolve the issue. I will definitely call them back should the need arise, and will post them on our HOA site to let the rest of the neighbors know about them.
