Mr. Copeland is very professional. He came the very next day and immediately got to work fixing our air conditioner. He replaced most of the units electrical and gave it a good cleaning. Advised us of ants that often make homes in the unit causing further issues. Sprayed for ants and cleaned all around the unit. Very courteous and professional.

Great service, showed up within a few hours of calling and although they were a bit high on the charges I would use them again and refer them to others.

They were quick to respond and checked to see if the parts were under warranty. They were suppose to call the next day to schedule a time to come back and replace the part, but did not call until two days later. Not the end of the world. They were knowledgeable in what they were doing and were able to fix a couple other small items with the unit while they were here. Another company quoted me 375 dollars to replace the motor, which affordable charged me 150. After the couple of extra repairs for the bracket I spent 175. Now all of this work quoted was under warranty, so I only paid for labor. I was happy to pay the 175 dollars compared to the 375. I would use them again in a heart beat.

Overall I am pleased with the product and service I received. I would recomeend Scott to anyone needing heating or cooling work done.

It went pretty well. They had to go find one from somebody in the area which was the tricky part. They didn't have one of their own.

This was a great overall experience. I wish that all services were like this one.
