Vest Roofing

Everything was done professionally. The air channels were needed for the roof above our living room with cathedral ceilings which hadn't been insulated properly. Our chimney was discovered to have no flashing, and installing it was a challenge because it's made of irregular stone, but Vest came up with a solution.

They were great! They went above and beyond to insure our satisfaction! The had to fix a few things that took a couple of weeks. He made sure we knew that the warranty didn't start until he was completely finished. He also did everything to guarantee our complete satisfaction! Will definitely use them again!

They had to also replace the vent in the bathroom.  2 weeks later water poured into the bathroom.  They sprayed something on the wall that has now yellowed.  They did not seal the vent and it leaked into the attic. They are terrible.  They wouldn't guarantee that it wouldn't leak before the time frame would expire.  I got a leak and they would not fix it.  They were horrible.  They would not guarantee their work and would not fix it. It was less than 12 months when the roof started leaking. I would not recommend them.

Overall it was great.  Nice guy to work with, one of the "good ones".

It was a great experience and it was fast and affordable and they did a really great job. They're honest and hard working and were were fast, efficient, and reasonably priced.

Removed 3 roofs and replaced decking and new roof.  I've got an estimate for another house that I'm in the process of scheduling (around my schedule)  Very professional, no mess left, did promptly and no problems.  Less expensive than most.

We noticed a leak in the roof during a fairly heavy rain.  Our neighbor had delt with and were friends with the Vest family, and recommended them.  I dealt with Michael Vest, who i believe is one of the younger members of the family.  He came right out the next day after my call to inspect the roof and give an estimate.  We ageed on a price which I felt was very reasonable.  The date set for the repair was a few days away to allow for delivery of supplies.  The work was completed in one day, with an extra thourough cleanup.  They used a large rollaround magnet to get the old roofing tacks from the yard.

I have found a few tacks since, but they were probably in the gutters and were washed out by heavy rain.  The price was exactly on the estimate, the work was professionally done and on time.  I would not hesitate to use them again.
