 + -1 moreFormal bid was received to do work, which was to begin following week. He did not show up to start work. Follow-up phone call resulted in him saying he'd thought it was following week. He also said he'd been injured over the weekend, and didn't know when he'd be able to start. I told him to contact me when he was healthy. He never called.
