I hired this company to maintain our lawn while we were out of the country-mid April-July.   I even recommended him to a neighbor.  The price was fair, as we have a large yard.  We agreed upon the frequency of the cuts and how payments would be made.  I had a hard time getting him to respond to my communication to verify how many cuts were done each month.  Excuses were made as to why not as many cuts were done as were promised:  equipment broken down, too much rain.  Upon my arrival home in July, it was clear that I had been paying for lawn service that had not been done at all.  The grass was so overgrown that much of it had died and had been overtaken by weeds that were as tall as my waist.  Our entire front yard was damaged beyond repair and will be resodded this spring.  If you have a one time job and watch him do the work, he may be your man, but I wouldn't count on him to follow-up on schedule as the three people that I know who have used him found out the hard way.

Sean gave me a very reasonable quote for all the work I needed to have done around my home and set an initial date to come out and begin work. Due to the rainy weather he wasn't able to make it on the original date but he was very conscientious and called every time to reschedule. Sean and his crew did a wonderful job on my yard, I will be having them come out on a regular basis.
