+ 0 moreAs described above the original work was acceptable, but only because I am not planning on living in the house. The lack of follow up on fixing a significant problem with the work that showed up within two weeks of finishing is totally unacceptable.
Description of Work: I hired Dennis Coker (DC's Custom Painting) for a $14,000 full interior painting job. He is a hard worker, but seemed to like working in dark rooms which made for a lot of debris/dust in the paint - most notable on the woodwork. I paid him an additional $1,000 for kitchen cabinet painting with new doors and drawer fronts. Two weeks after finishing the job the caulk started cracking on the cabinet 5 panel doors, all 45 of them. Several doors in the kitchen also have paint peeling already as well. After a number of calls that were not returned and three no show appointments to fix the work it looks like I will need to take legal action against him.
