They are awesomely priced and the best at what they do. I would never go to geek squad.

They had a working screen from a used laptop they had in stock.
They were friendly and performed the service while I waited.
They showed me why it needed to be replaced explained the issue.
This wasn't a big deal, that's why I've given them only an overall 'good' rating, however, I will not hesitate to bring my next problem to them; and, I have already recommended them to 3 friends and family.
