They were punctual. They came out when they said they would. The person who did the estimate was very professional. The crew was professional and they got it finished when they needed to. They finished it early. They thought they might take 2 days but they finished in one day.

We had had an unknown leak from our windows for years. By the time we discovered it, much of the front of the house OSB had mold on it. After replacing the windows we got several estimates. This company was not the highest, but neither was it the cheapest. We went with them because the techniques they said they would use sounded like the most aggressive. They came when they said and sealed off the part of the house they were working in. They cleaned up everything afterward. When done, we had no mold problems for several months (prior to them coming we had quit using two rooms because we couldn't even walk into them without our breathing becoming labored). However after a particularly bad storm we started smelling mold again in only one room. Mold services came out without charging anything and found a small leak for us, though that didn't seem to be causing the problem. They sprayed the front wall again. That took care of the problem for another couple of months, when we had another bad storm and more mold smell. Then they searched through the rest of the room, taking samples and looking in the walls until they found a place that could be harboring some mold. They cleaned it out and sprayed everything again with hydrogen peroxide. When that didn't work they came out again, sprayed and caulked everything, and in so doing found an OSB patch behind some framing that was wet. So we are now trying to get the leak problem fixed. What impressed me so much is how they kept coming back without charging us. They were determined to get rid of the mold and kept trying even when I was ready to just take out the whole wall, brick and all, which would have cost a fortune. We had used one other company before them to get rid of the mold, and that company didn't do a tenth of what this company did. I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Drywall, insulation, and carpet was taken out. Mold on OSB board was sanded off. Areas where mold had been was sprayed to prevent mold from returning. Where OSB was rotted, it was removed and insulation board was put in its place. Everything was done with negative pressure and HEPA filters to prevent dust from getting into the rest of the house. Testing for mold spores was done at the end of the work.
