They performed the work, but upon completion they realized the mower had bigger problems. Instead of just charging me anyway, we worked out a deal where I could just leave the mower, and they would waive the fee.

Outstanding. Price was fair. Lots of value for very little money. Mower is in good shape, and I would use them again. They were a bit backed up so a little bit slower than I expected, but was thrilled with their work and was well worth the wait.
